About Sweet Floret

Taking over from her mother, an excellent cook, Fariba began baking cakes and desserts for her family's birthdays and celebrations at the age of 9. Due to her family's frequent relocations across different continents, Fariba eventually landed in Paris, France, for her final year of high school. Upon graduating, her passion for baking led her to the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu of Paris in 1987, the same school where Julia Child received her culinary education.

Within the first few months, Le Cordon Bleu moved to a new state-of-the-art facility, where Fariba quickly became the pastry chef assistant for the basic program while pursuing her own Pastry Diploma. She graduated as the top student of the year, earning multiple references to work in the North American baking industry.

Fariba's career is rich with diverse experiences, having worked in small bakeries, resorts, hotels, teaching at culinary schools, and in-store bakeries, as well as in manufacturing bakeries and distribution centers. Sweet Floret Sales and Consulting is the culmination of Fariba's extensive experience and unwavering love for baking.

Today, Fariba and her team envision Sweet Floret as a one-stop solution for the baking industry, committed to helping you achieve your goals, no matter how big or small. They will find you a SWEET solution.
